Welcome to the Terms and Conditions page of Bunda Tika. Here you will find important information regarding bookings, payments, session policies, and participation guidelines for all healing, spiritual guidance, and wellness services offered in Bali. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and transparent experience, ensuring that each client can enjoy emotional release, energy balance, and personal growth with clarity and confidence.

1. General

1. All services and packages offered by Bunda Tika are intended for spiritual wellness, emotional support, and personal guidance.
2. Participation in any session is voluntary. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Services are provided in Bali, Indonesia, and all sessions follow local regulations and safety standards.

2. Booking & Payment

1. Sessions can be booked in advance via WhatsApp or the website booking engine.
2. All prices listed on the website are net prices; if the booking system deducts fees, the price displayed should reflect the adjustment to ensure Bunda Tika receives the intended amount.
3. Payment must be completed before or during the session as agreed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, e-wallet, or on-site cash payment (if applicable).
4. For Personal Consultation & Emotional Support sessions, pricing is per hour, starting from IDR 500,000.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email.
2. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service.
3. Purification, Tri Datu Plus, and Panca Datu Packages require full prepayment. Cancellation policies are stricter due to preparation and scheduling.

4. Health & Safety

1. Bunda Tika’s sessions are spiritual, emotional, and energy-based guidance. They do not replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, or financial advice.
2. Clients should inform Bunda Tika of any medical, psychological, or physical conditions that may affect participation.
3. Bunda Tika reserves the right to refuse service if the session is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client’s condition.
4. Clients participate at their own risk and agree to follow any safety instructions provided during the session.

5. Session Conduct

1. All sessions are private and confidential. Personal information and discussions will not be shared without consent.
2. Respectful behavior is required. Bunda Tika reserves the right to terminate a session if a client behaves inappropriately.
3. Sessions are conducted in a safe and supportive space, designed for emotional and spiritual guidance.
4. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time and prepared, with an open mind and heart.

6. Packages & Services

1. Signature packages (Tri Datu Plus, Panca Datu) include multiple services; individual sessions may vary depending on client energy and needs.
2. Bunda Tika may adjust session flow to best suit the client’s energy, intention, or spiritual needs.
3. Purification services include traditional offerings and ceremonial items; clients should follow guidance and attire instructions provided by Bunda Tika.

7. Photography & Media

1. Photos or media may be taken during sessions only with client consent.
2. Clients agree that approved images may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and website, unless explicitly declined.

8. Liability

1. Bunda Tika provides spiritual, emotional, and energy guidance as-is.
2. Clients accept that results are individual and may vary, and that spiritual wellness sessions are complementary practices, not guarantees.
3. Bunda Tika is not liable for physical, emotional, or financial outcomes arising from participation in any service.

9. Privacy

1. Client information collected during booking or sessions is used strictly for service provision and communication.
2. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent, except for legal compliance.

10. Amendments

1. Bunda Tika reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest terms before booking.
3. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
